ServiceNow® believes that getting simple things done at work shouldn’t be so hard. And complex things should be easier to manage. Founder Fred Luddy envisioned a world where anyone could create workflows that worked for them. So he and his team built it – a cloud-based platform which simplifies the way work gets done.

Starting with IT, ServiceNow created a System of Action to streamline and automate unstructured work, eliminating email trails, phone calls, and manual processes that waste time and money, and drain productivity. They have since spread to the entire enterprise and today security, HR, customer service, and beyond—can tap into the power of the Now Platform™ to create a better experience for employees, users, and customers – transforming the way work is done.

With complex IT infrastructures supporting multiple application workloads, it’s challenging to understand the consequential effects of changes in demand, and the infrastructure changes required to support them. As working environments grow increasingly complex, allocating capacity to absorb growth is likely to cause a ripple efect throughout your environment. Sumerian Capacity Planner can help you address all of the typical infrastructure capacity planning challenges you face today – whether you need to consolidate your data centres, plan a technology refresh or understand the impact of business growth.

Quality Clouds

Quality Clouds is a non-invasive cloud-based software providing code analysis and development governance for low-code cloud platforms. Run by a team of professionals from varied complimentary backgrounds – cloud computing, front-end, business analytics, big data, ServiceNow, SalesForce and more – Quality Clouds is passionate about ensuring that customers get the most out of using their cloud investments through the use of these software solutions.
